Pier Perfect is ready for your Wrightsville Beach vacation. Located between the bridges, and 2 lots off the beach, this 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome is ready for your next vacation. Enter the property from the ground floor and step inside. This ground floor living area is a nice place for the kids to relax. Head up the stairs and find 2 master bedrooms on this floor. To your left is a master bedroom with 2 twin beds. To your right is a master bedroom with a king bed and a deck with views of the ocean. Head up to the 3rd floor and find yourself on the main living area. The 3rd floor encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This open floor plan flows easily and makes family entertainment a breeze. Step outside on the deck for the warm ocean breezes and great views of the ocean and Johnny Mercer Pier. Also on this level is the 3rd bedroom with queen size bed. Take the stairs up one more time and find yourself in the grand master bedroom. This bedroom offers a king size and private bath.
With the beach a few steps away and the heart of Wrightsville Beach in your back yard, Pier Perfect is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation.

  It was a great place to stay, and at a wonderful location. The Pier was a really nice and we were just a few steps from the water. The only complaint we had was that the elevator was not functioning, which made it not so fun to carry heavy items up 2-3 flights of steps. Otherwise, great spot and great management company that made everything really easy.

  I liked this rental well enough - it definitely suited our needs and we were very close to the beach. I would recommend it, but there’s a few things to note: 1) it smells weird 2) there was a used fake nail left on the bathroom floor 3) only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (plan ahead if you’re staying long) and 4) expect bugs (baby roaches and swarms of mosquitos in the car port and shower where there’s often standing water. Re: the toilet paper, they actually advise you to bring your own toilet paper if you think you’ll need more than 1 roll per bathroom. If you have a large family that’s traveling, that’s a bit limited! On top of all the beach paraphernalia I have to bring, I don’t want to also bring toilet paper. There’s also a good amount of chores associated with this rental (dress and undress bed, take out trash, collect linens/towels, run dishwasher). I’m fine doing a few things, but given the nail on the bathroom floor, it seems that they rely heavily on guests cleaning up.

  Had a great stay at Pier Perfect! Place is beautiful. Actually is bigger than it looks in pictures. Clean, spacious and view is amazing! We had an issue with air conditioner and Wrightsville Sands was great! A repair man was over and fixed within an hour. Couple of minor things needed repair ans they were very responsive when we mentioned it.
  Absolutely would stay there again!

  This house is in a great location and was perfect for a group of adults who were in town for long weekend for a wedding. There was ample beds and bathrooms. The location can’t be beat. You are basically on the beach and a short walk to bars/restaurants and a small grocery store (Robert’s was the name I think). Everything else is a short Uber ride and we didn’t have much trouble getting them. My only critique is that this rental is likely intended for people who have a longer stay and drove into town, not weekend visitors. Check-in was a little inflexible and made it difficult for those of us arriving with luggage but no car. When we got to the property, linens were in each room in plastic bags from the cleaners and we had to dress the beds ourselves. Great for COVID, not for convenience. Lastly, the property was lite on essentials that we expected to find as is customary with Airbnb and other short-term rentals. There was only one dishwasher pod. Not every bathroom had toilet paper or backup rolls. One roll of paper towels. None of this would have been a problem if we knew in advance, but without a car running out for the essentials was a bit tricky.

  We stayed in Pier Perfect this past weekend and it was fantastic! The home is very well appointed with all you might need not to mention really fun décor. The master downstairs with the whirlpool tub was a hit with Mom as well as our 3 toddlers. All of the bedrooms are a really nice size (especially the 3rd floor) and the beds are very comfortable. The view is stellar. The proximity to the beach makes it so easy with kids or just a quick escape for morning coffee. We loved being able to walk The Loop and stop at all the parks. We look forward to returning soon!

  We were very happy with our week at Pier Perfect. The unit met our needs in every way with four bedrooms and four baths. It was nicely furnished and the elevator made managing four floors easier for those with bad knees or a bad back.
  We were concerned about it being so close to the pier, primarily due to the potential noise at night. This was not a factor at all - it was very quiet at night. The beach, however, was much more crowded in this location, so this was the only downside.

  Great week with local family living in Wilmington, NC! The duplex offers the perfect space for everyone. The bottom floor is a teenage hangout heaven to play video games and watch movies. Go up one level and arrive at the master bedroom. The large closet is conveniently located in the bathroom. Bedroom with two twin beds is just down the hall. Go up another level and arrive at the spacious living room area and kitchen. Bedroom with queen bed is on this level. Balcony with bistro table and another 4 top table offers a great view of the ocean off to the right. And surprise! Go up one more level to the very large king size bedroom! The decor through out the duplex is calming with lots of grays, blues and a little bit of silver sparkle. The beds are super comfy! We felt right at home. All the bedrooms have its own bathroom. Variety of restaurants, parks and water rental activities in walking distance. No need to leave the island for anything. Property rental company did a great job with their communication and information for check in and check out details. The only thing is I would have liked an 11 am check out in lieu of 10 am (sharp). We will definitely be renting this place again!
