  The property description is accurate, however, the dishwasher needs to be serviced. Rooms are bright and cheery, fully stocked kitchen, games, books, TVs, internet for internet. Linen service, new washer and dryer - all EXCELLENT! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Only other comment for improvement would be to put unit number on door. Security assisted us in finding the unit, it is conveniently near elevator.

  This is an ideal location. Get up early for a gorgeous sunrise from the oceanfront balcony. Beds and showers are supreme! Bring k-cups. The table on the balcony wobbles a bit which annoyed my dad but was mild. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super A+. Walk to church, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and most importantly the beach! Fantastic view from the master.

  The rental was beautiful and the view spectacular. The building is under construction so day light hours were a little noisy and a construction worker tried to come in with his key unannounced to reset a breaker but luckily we had the chain lock intact - one of us was in the shower the other napping. He was nice enough but it was disturbing at first . The TV remotes require some technical knowledge as the realty book instructions did not coincide with the remotes . I highly recommend this place security is great besides the construction worker incident , short walk to beach.

  This condo was SO well appointed- detail everywhere. The best kitchen I’ve had at a rental BUT...if you need any internet or want to watch regular TV, beware! The instructions listed a remote that didnt exist and if I didn’t have YouTube TV at home to access, we would have had no regular tv. Now minded at the beach you don’t need that much TV but it rained and rained :( A minor issue unless you want internet for business or pleasure.

  Our stay was a treat! The ocean filling the view through the picture windows when you walked into the condo was breathtaking. The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The beds are softer which was great for me - slept more soundly than I’ve done in a while! The location is perfect for walking and exploring on the beach and visiting the stores and restaurants close by (within 5 minutes walk) as well as an easy drive to Wilmington and Airlie Gardens (which were stunning). The tennis court was pristine and we appreciated the secure bike storage at the complex. We enjoyed Mexican food from Tower 7 and breakfast from Adapt Kitchen. The grocery store (Robert’s Market) was really well stocked.

  From the moment we entered the room, we knew this vacation would be special (after bad experiences at other beaches this year, we needed this).
  The smell of a freshly cleaned condo, pleasing décor and a killer view of the ocean set just the right tone for a COVID safe vacation.
  The condo had everything we needed. You could tell that the owners had put a lot of thought into providing a hassle free vacation.
  The beds were comfortable but do swallow you. If you like a firm mattress, then these won't work for you.
  The facility was well run and followed COVID guidelines. The pool area was well maintained and even had beach chairs if needed.
  The beach was not crowded and the nearby restaurants were varied and in many cases had well prepared food.
  Only suggestion would be to mark the units door as the unit name was difficult to read during the day and a little WD40 on the door lock would help.
  Other than that, this picky customer will say thank you and we will be back again.

  I usually stay in a house, but was unable to grab one for the week. The condo in Station One fit the bill instead. Views of the surf was perfect, the condo was clean, and the location was great if you like being in the heart of activity. The only inconvenience was the quality of keys and locks for some outside doors, like to the pool. Sometimes work easily; sometimes work not at all!

  Fantabulous break! I hoped that the property looked like the pictures and it did! Spacious, clean and private. We had a restful break which is what we desired. No fuss.
  A nice touch is that I appreciated a call from this agency to alert me that they would tow cars that didn’t have proper parking tag displayed.

  This was my first time in over 20 years staying at Wrightsville. The property management was terrific; very easy check-in & out. The condo was immaculate. We stayed in Tower 1, F4; it was decorated very nicely with all the conveniences needed for a weeks stay; however the beds were a little uncomfortable due to the lack of thickness in the mattresses. Tower 1 is walking distance to restaurants. We literally parked the car & did not need it the entire week. All the restaurants observed Covid restrictions, we were very impressed and felt really safe. The only negative was they paved a portion of the parking lot & I did not find out until I walked outside as they were tearing up the parking lot around the car. This should have been communicated when we checked in as it had to have been pre-scheduled. was Definitely staying again next year.

  First time staying at Station One but we've been to Wrightsville Beach before and loved it! Pool was open but with limited capacity, and hand sanitizer/alcohol wipes were provided. Guests wore masks when inside common areas and elevators even though I don't think it was required. Both elevators were fully functional all week and quick! Many local restaurants had outdoor seating and all had adapted to easy pickup or delivery options. Our family felt safe the whole week! The unit (Island Express, 4F) was wonderful! Perfect view from the balcony, many upgrades and kitchen amenities, and everything was clean when we arrived. The only issues we encountered were: no TV in the second bedroom with queen bed, small hot water heater (only enough hot water for 1.5 showers at a time), and it would have been great to have a washer/dryer unit in the room. The unit has a Keurig and although the binder in room said it would convert to support regular ground coffee, I never located that attachment. No worries, quick trip to pick up a $20 coffee maker which I can now use as a backup at home. Overall we would definitely stay here again, the unit is lovely!

  This was our first time staying at Station 1 even though we have been coming to Wrightsville Beach for over 40 years (since I was a kid). I don't think we could have picked a better property than Island Express. This fourth floor condo (2br/2bth) was very clean, obviously newly renovated, and beautiful. We actually picked this property BECAUSE it had a more "beachy" feel than the other available properties and we were not disappointed! Wonderful views with gorgeous water just like the pics. As a plus, wew were treated to wonderful sunrise views right from the balcony. It had all the amenities and we were right at home from the start. We will be back and HIGHLY recommend Island Express!!
