Directly off of the living area is the dining room connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has been renovated and features high end countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island that seats 4. To round out the 1st floor of this home is a bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom, mud room, wet bar, and laundry room. Head up stairs and find bedrooms 2-5. Bedroom 2 offers 3 twin beds and a bunk bed with 2 twins. This room also offers a Smart TV and En suite Bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. Bedroom 4 offers a king bed and easy access to the hall bath. Bedroom 5 is the master bedroom and offers a king bed and en suite bathroom. The exterior of the property has a large front porch that has plenty of room to take in the ocean breezes.   The location is perfect! While not ocean front, it truly is a short walk to the beach! We were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the driveway (street parking is available first come first serve AND is paid parking - it was monitored and tickets were issued to those who risked not paying).
  The house itself was very nice and clean! It was the perfect setup for our multi family stay. While apparently it is very common to have to rent extra items (baby items, beach chairs and toys, etc) it would have been SO nice for these things to have been available with the rental - this was our first vacation in NC, so it was a bit of a shock to have to rent items. We did rent what was needed and it was all delivered timely, so no complaints there!
  The location of this house allows you to walk to shops, a small local grocery, places to get food and drinks, smoothies, coffee, etc.
  We loved our stay and will definitely choose this house again!

  We just loved this home! It far exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and attention to detail was so refreshing. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances new.
  While not oceanfront, with the minute walk to the beach it might as well have been. We are really looking forward to returning again soon.
