Enter this classic home from the front porch and step into the living area. Oversized furniture, mounted tv, and beach décor make this room comfy and cozy for hanging out. Directly off of the living area is the dining room connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has been renovated and features high end countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island that seats 4. To round out the 1st floor of this home is a bedroom with queen bed, a full bathroom, mud room, wet bar, and laundry room. Head up stairs and find bedrooms 2-5. Bedroom 2 offers 3 twin beds and a bunk bed with 2 twins. This room also offers a Smart TV and En suite Bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. Bedroom 4 offers a king bed and easy access to the hall bath. Bedroom 5 is the master bedroom and offers a king bed and en suite bathroom. The exterior of the property has a large front porch that has plenty of room to take in the ocean breezes.   We love this house! It was the perfect layout for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. It was super clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and everyone had a seat. This is a house that we would love to spend an entire week for a family beach trip. Parking was spacious in the back. The location of the house was really nice. Walking distance to Robert's grocery, restaurants and night life. Our entire group gives the cottage a 10 out of 10!

  We loved the Charlotte St Beach House as it is spacious and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and up to date regarding appliances. The house also comes with special features such as a coffee bar and a phone charging station. We did have an issue with the back door not working. This was difficult as we had to carry suitcases and supplies around to the front of the house. We ended up paying for parking out front as we had a baby and an elderly person to attend to on trips away from the house. The manager told us that they were aware of the issue and there was little they could do about this issue as the door was stuck due to the humidity and the fact that the house was 100 years old.
  I would recommend this property to friends or relatives but feel like the managers should have been transparent about the backdoor.

  We were in town for a family wedding and had multiple couples and kids staying in the house. It was perfect! The house is charming & beautifully decorated. The beach is steps away. Restaurants and anything else you could want is within walking distance. The porch is made for morning coffee as you can greet those walking to the beach!

  The location is perfect! While not ocean front, it truly is a short walk to the beach! We were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the driveway (street parking is available first come first serve AND is paid parking - it was monitored and tickets were issued to those who risked not paying).
  The house itself was very nice and clean! It was the perfect setup for our multi family stay. While apparently it is very common to have to rent extra items (baby items, beach chairs and toys, etc) it would have been SO nice for these things to have been available with the rental - this was our first vacation in NC, so it was a bit of a shock to have to rent items. We did rent what was needed and it was all delivered timely, so no complaints there!
  The location of this house allows you to walk to shops, a small local grocery, places to get food and drinks, smoothies, coffee, etc.
  We loved our stay and will definitely choose this house again!

  While not oceanfront, with the minute walk to the beach it might as well have been. We are really looking forward to returning again soon.
