Set your sails for vacation at Wrightsville Beach at Shearwater Sails! This cozy and modern duplex home is located on Shearwater St, just north of Johnny Mercer Pier. Located on the top floor of the building, it offers great views of the beach at access 17. Enter the property and find yourself in the living area. This open floor plan moves easily from the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area offers comfortable furnishing and plenty of space for the family. The dining area has seating for 6 and there are 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter/bar. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and has plenty of space to prepare meals for the family. Just off of the living area is bedroom 1. It offers 2 day beds and can be closed off from the living area or opened to provide a little more space. Down the hall you will find the full hall bath. To your right is the bedroom 2 with a queen bed. And to your left you will find the master bedroom . The master bedroom has a king size bed, private Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower with a rain maker shower head. Step outside on the covered deck and catch the great views and the warm ocean breezes of Wrightsville Beach.   The experience with Shearwater Sails was great! The management company was very easy to work with. The location was a short walk to the beach and just a few blocks from the beach bars and restaurants. The home was nice and clean. We chose the linen package, which was great! However, we did not realize it didn't come with toilet paper or paper towels. Other than that, we would give it a 10 out of 10!! Lovely view from the porch, perfect for a morning cup of coffee.

  We started a family beach trip tradition this year and used HomeAway/VRBO for the very first time as well. We're very pleased with how everything turned out and had a fabulous time! The only problem was we should have stayed longer!! Wrightsville Sands Realty did a super job-check in and check out was smooth. Their team was vey easy to deal with and even gave us early check in and a late check out which was very helpful! Would love to visit the property again next year and would definitely recommend to all!

  8B Shearwater was a great find! Wrightsville Reality was so helpful and just easy to work with!! Great location just steps from beach access. Beach was so clean and water was great. Best we have seen on the East Coast. Overall the house was comfortable for our 3 families. Kitchen is a great size.. outside patio was well used every morning and evening! Beautiful view and comfortable. Pictures online definitely aren't as good as what the place looks like in person. Washer and dryer was very convenient. Outside shower.. although there is no door is a great amenity. Outside hose was a great thing to have. Suggestions--- Have the carpet and couch cleaned once a month. Couch smells and hasn't been cleaned. Guest bathroom shower drain is very clogged and water piles up while you are taking a shower. Cleaning service should also do a better job with mopping and cleaning showers. Other than that... thumbs up !!!
